I'm loving this hobby and understand it's a huge learning curve. The pictures I see posted are amazing! I have a 10" Skywatcher Dobsonian Collapsible GoTo Telescope and using a ZWO ASI183 Pro Cooled Cool Camera. Interested in some planetary as well as DSO photography.
Here is a video of the problem I have. When I use either SharpCap or ASICap when I increase the exposure time over 1000 ms or 1 second I loose my picture on the screen and Camera buffers. I've tried Google as well as cloudy nights and forums but no luck. I am running on a Dell i7 laptop with USB 3 ports.
