I think the GUI was recently changed to accommodate additional lists, and not just to the Favorites list.
On the v1.6 Beta (on iOS), hold the finger down on an object and swipe the finger rapidly to the left while lifting the finger. That will expose a gray menu on the far right of that object that says "Add To." Tap on the menu to add to Favorites, or one of your existing list, or a new list that you create on the fly.
You use a similar swipe action to delete objects, etc. The iOS swipe is equivalent to a contextual menu (Control-Mouse Button down) on macOS.
