294mm pro exposure failure

I have had some connection issues with the asi294mm camera over the last 2 days. Now the camera has exposure failed message. Camera has run fine since day one. Ive tried to reinstall drivers, different cables, different ports, different computers and all are giving me the same error. The camera is recognized and can connect but it will not send an image. Not sure what to do next.

if i leave it unplugged for an hor i get a few exposures then dead again. Driver install looks good in device manager. Tried gain at .001 then back and nothing. Seems like the camera is not sending the image. All errors point to communication. I have tried multiple cables and 2 computers.

@tech@zwo#46607 i have narrowed it down to the camera dropping frames when the camera temp is above 3 degroees celcius

294mmprocan actually the temperature keeps dropping as to where the frames drop. Is there a sensor for temperature shut off? Seems like i might be having an issue relating to that
