Canon DSLR won't connect anymore to ASIAIR

Hi. I bought a ASIAIR Pro a few weeks ago. Everything was doing fine with my Canon T1i until monday morning. After my night of shooting, I tried to connect to my canon to show my brother in law how everything was working but I wasn't able to do so. Then, I tried again tonight and still nothing. I tried a lot of different things (plug before or after powering on, different wires, etc) but can't go through the problem. Anyone could help me with that?

I forgot to mentionned that when I plug my Canon to my ASIAIR, the "BUSY" notification appears on my camera.

I just saw that. The Canon T1i is on your list, it is also known as the 500d but the name in North America is T1i.

Hi, I'm having the same issue as Fortin13, when I connect my T8i to the ASIAIR Pro it says "Busy" and nothing works on the camera until it's disconnected from the ASIAR Pro.
