I have an issue with my ASIAIR switching the longitude of my mount to east. The mount and the ASIAIR app are both set to the same west longitude when I connect ASIAIR to the mount. Once connected, the mounts longitude direction is switched to east. The coordinates stay correct but the direction always gets changed to east when ASIAIR connects. When I check the hand controller, the direction is changed to east. If I try to sync the apps west longitude to the mount, it reports that "sync succeeded" but the mount's longitude remains at east. I have the latest app and ASIAIR firmware. The Orion SynScan firmware is 4.39.03.
Because the ASIAIR forces the mount to east longitude, I cannot goto any objects correctly. The problem is consistent, it always switches the mounts west longitude to east, but it does not switch east longitude to west.
I have been using the ASIAIR with my Celestron AVX mount for a year and it works great with that mount.
