EAF not connecting to ASI 1600

Hi everyone,
I’m facing a problem connecting my PC to EAF. The connection will be disrupted after seconds of its begin then it’s can not be found anymore.
i checked the cables and switched them with EWF, tried to connect the EAF with PC with separate USB cable, installed the drives again and did all update but still no change: the EAF didn’t Funktion and can’t be connected to PC.
Interesting is: the EAF works fine on other PC, but if connect the ASI 1600 it stops to work und can’t be found anymore .
Did anyone faced such a problem?

Do you mean you connect your EAF to 1600 USB Hub and EAF can't be found？

@tech@zwo#46929 not only to ASI1600. Even if connect separately to the same PC, in which ASI 1600 corrected is.
Sometimes it shows me that the Firmware of EAF is old and need to be updated. But in ASI Support there is no new FW updates, even though I did update it, but nothing helped.

Please download the EAF firmware tool from ZWO's official website - software - FW Update. https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software-drivers
Run the FW tool, connect the EAF to the computer, check if the device displays on the drop-down menu of the Devices.
There is a manual in the zip file.
Please use different cables, ports, computers to try.
