ASI071MC+ZWO EOS filter drawer + EF-S Lenses and 2" filters?

The title almost summarize my question: is it possible to use an ASI071MC Pro camera with the ZWO EOS filter drawer (with a 2"filter installed) and a Canon EF-S lens? Or does the EF-S lens mount protrudes so much that the 2"filter cannot be used with such a setup.

It support Canon EF lens only, cannot work with EF-S lens.
