Problem with ZWO ASCOM drivers and PHD2

I have been trying to create new dark libraries for my ASI120MM-S camera in PHD2 using the ZWO ASCOM driver. PHD2 gets as far as the first exposure at 4.5 seconds and times out. Increasing time to download has no impact. My configuration is Windows 10 20H2, PHD2 2.6.9, ASCOM 6.5SP1, native ZWO driver 3.16, ZWO ASCOM driver 6.5.1.5 (tried all 6.5.x drivers with same result). I can create a dark library using the native ZWO driver but prefer to use ASCOM.

If you try this on another software through ASCOM and no issue, this means it is a issue with PHD2.

I tried with PHD2 v2.6.8 and dev versions of PHD2 also. I did not previously have problems with earlier ZWO drivers (native 3.0.0.11 and ASCOM 1.0.0.45). I don't think it's a PHD problem. I may have to revert to earlier drivers and ASCOM 6.4SP1.

To add to my previous comment, If I can create dark frames in PHD2 with the native ZWO camera driver but not with the ASCOM driver, then it's a driver problem. Should not be hard for ZWO to test since PHD2 is free software. Just pull an ASI120MM-S off shelf, load software and test driver.
