My main handset is broken so I tried to use a backup handset that works fine with my telescope (Evolution 8) even though the firmware is not as current but won't work with the AAP. I get the message that the handset needs to be updated. Is this the reason my handset won't work with the AAP. Seems like a real tight restriction because anytime Celestron updates their firmware we would have to update on our end to work with your products.
