MY ASI462MC camera don´t show images, but is reconized by the computer

the camera connects with the computer, I used the ZWO ASI Cameras driver Setup V3.16 and the ASISTUDIO 1.64 X 64 capture, but the image does not appear in the ASISTUDIO, but the computer recognized the camera. What should I do? I've already installed it on two computers and it's the same, and I open it with three different capture softwares and the image doesn't appear on any of the three.

Is it actually taking images? I am not familiar with ASIStudio but If you are using Sharpcap you should see the image count at the bottom left being incremented if images are being taken. If the count is zero, then there is an issue. Although the camera appears to be connected and recognized, it actually isn't totally. I have seen this with cables that are too long on QHY cameras.
If images are being taken, do you have a sufficient exposure set to see anything? Have you tried indoors or outside during the day to see if you can come up with anything?
