Happy to answer. Your suggested ways to attach like using the T2-T2 adapter is not secure unless you tighten it down very, very tight. Otherwise, you have the possibility of rotation. And then when you tighten it down so very tight to assure there is no rotation, it becomes virtually impossible to remove in the future if changing setups.
Attaching by using the 4 screws and bolting it in place is the most secure way to verify no rotation between parts and also be easy enough to remove.
The reason I want to move the tip/tilt plate to the scope side of the filterwheel is for easy access to make possible adjustments. When wedged between the filterwheel and camera, the only way to make tip/tilt adjustments is to remove the filterwheel. Adding yet another possibility of changes to the tip/tilt when replacing it. If the tip/tilt plate is attached to the scope side of the filterwheel and then a short adapter connecting it to the reducer/corrector, nothing has to be removed to make tip/tilt adjustments.
