ZWO OAG Prism Fell Off

Hi,

I found the prism in my ZWO OAG was pretty loose today, and it actually came off easily. Does anyone know what the best way to repair it might be?

It happened to me too. I attempted to screw it back and prism cracked in two parts. Now I have a dead device. Zwo technician on this forum board told me to write email to their support department but they never answered.

That is unfortunate. It is interesting that mine doesn't get screwed on, it slides into place. I think if I can be careful enough I can glue it back into position. I am willing to buy a prism mast from ZWO if I could get someone's attention. I will email their tech support to see what they can do.
