Daveko Hi Daveko, yes you'll need to achieve as best focus as you can manually. The Autofocus will then fine tune it as precisely as possible given your conditions at the time. Then it will refocus at whatever intervals or after certain events depending on which settings you pick to maintain that precise focus through your imaging session.
