crispy5573 It would not guide at all again, the figures just kept getting higher (up to something like 6000 error ! )
Did you perform a guide recalibration?
This is done by clearing the existing calibration in the Calibration Data mini-window that is opened and closed by toggling that icon in the upper right of the autoguiding window (the menu with the icon of a circumscribed "i").
You need to recalibrate if anything has moved even a millimeter in your setup -- especially the guide camera angle and guide scope focal length.
Bear in mind too that if you had calibrated autoguiding by using stars that are east of the Meridian, then you need to toggle the Flip switch in that same Calibration Data window when you are autoguiding using stars that are west of the Meridian. And vice versa (if you had calibrated with stars n the West, you need to toggle the Flip switch to guide with stars on the East).
So, two things to check. 1) if you had recalibrated after switching your telescope, and 2) if you had set the Flip switch correctly.
