Did you give the ASIAIR app network privileges?
You can check by going to iPadOS Settings. On the left, where you see a list of different settings, like for WiFi, General, etc, scroll all the way down past the Apple apps, into the third part apps, and you should find ASIAIR listed alphabetically there.
Give Local Network full access, and while you are at it, give Photos and Location services access too. Location service is minimally needed to be set to "While Using."
If you do not find the ASIAIR settings, try setting up ASIAIR from scratch. Remove it by ejecting the app from your iPad, and then download a fresh copy of the app again from the App Store. This time, when the ASIAIR app asks you for the different permissions, just affirm.
