I am terribly sorry to plague the board with these issues, but having successfully placed the suggested EQ6 image on an SD card and having introduced it to my ASIAir Pro, I now have no ASIAir Pro functionality at all. The card light flashes four times green on repeat. Thus, far from being able to connect to my CGX mount, I now also lack any connectivity to either camera or my auto-focuser.
Thus, an attempt to integrate with a theoretically supported mount has led to a pretty comprehensive systems failure, and ZWO tech support will not return my email messages or telephone calls.
In hopes that someone reading this has more technical knowledge than ZWO, may I ask where I can obtain an image of the plain vanilla operating system so that I can at least operate my cameras, which worked heretofore? I have given up hope that ZWO will be able to control my mount, but I would at least like to restore the functioning of their own drivers.
