USB 3.0 not detected

Hi all.

My problem is that when I connect my ASI 533MC to the ASIAIR pro and when I open the app on my tablet, next to the recognized camera I get USB 2.0 instead of 3.0. I use the cable that came with the ASIAIR pro.
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.
Please can someone give me some idea?

Did you connect the ASI533 USB 3.0 cable (the long cable) from the ASI533 USB 3.0 data port to the ASIAir USB 3.0 input port?
Did you also connect the power cable from the ASI533 power port to one of the ASIAir's power ports?

Thanks for your reply and roblem solved.
When I changed the short USB 3.0 cable from ZWO to the long USB 3.0 cable from ZWO it already appears on the tablet as USB 3.0

Why doesn't the short USB 3.0 cable work? It should do it, right?

There is no short USB 3.0 cable. The ASI533 comes with one 2mm USB 3.0 cable and two .5mm USB 2.0 cables. The USB 3.0 cable has blue connectors, the USB 2.0 cables have white connectors.

but I am holding in my hands two ZWO USB 3.0 cables. Both have the same blue connectors and both have printed "ZWO USB 3.0 cable". The only difference is that one is 2 meters long and the other 0.77 meters and what I have verified is that the short is not valid to connect the camera with the ASIAIR pro.
Anyway you gave me the clue to solve the problem.

The ASIAir Pro also comes with a short (.75m) USB 3.0 cable. Maybe that is what you tried.
