As in the title, I am trying to follow connection method 3.1

In other words M48 at back of space cat - 16..5mm M48/M42 - M42/M48 - M48/M54 - FW - Tilt plate - 2600
Do I bolt the filter wheel directly to the tilt plate of the 2600MM/MC?
It's sort of implicit but no where is it stated explicitly as far as I can see.
