Cleaning anti-reflective glass in ASI1600MM Pro

I successfully removed the grease from the Thermal Pad that climbed onto the edge of my ASI1600MM Pro's sensor. I used Visible Dusts' swabs and cleaning compound. My sensor loupe showed no foreign substances on the sensor. However, no matter ho hard I tried, or method used, I could see tiny particles of something on the AR glass. Is the AR really glass or some sort of clear plastic? A bulb blower, microfiber cloth and a sensor swab with cleaner could not get rid of the "fluff".

Are you Don who has accidentally fallen 1600MM-P? If so, if you can't get rid of this "fluff" or whatever it is, maybe the AR glass is broken afterall, you can buy a replacement if you want, it is a D32 AR window:

Yes. I am the one whose ASI1600MM Pro assembly slipped out of the drawtube onto patio stones. However, the glass isn't broken r cracked. It has little flecks of something that move around but I can't get rid of. I'm going try one more time and if I can't get them off, I will order a replacement. Thank you for the link to where I can get a new one.
