ASI290MM mini - cable management

I have an ASI290MM mini OAG camera and my mount is the Celestron AVX, my guiding software is the PHD2.

My request is the cable management:
The ASI290MM mini camera has a USB and the ST-4 interface
AVX mount has a Line IN Auto Guiding (ST-4)
PC (Win10) is connected to the HC (Hand Controller NextStar +) via USB.

With these settings, I connect the mount, but do not get any control signals, how do I connect the camera only via USB or with or without the ST-4,

I think you need to connect the pc to the mini USB port in AVX hand controller. Search on Phd manual
