DTG it starts off fine around 1.0 and moves to 0.1 to 0.0 leading to the guiding going completely out.
What did you choose as exposure time for guiding?
An exposure time of 2 seconds will never give a FPS of faster than 0.5.
Check your guide camera by selecting it as the "main camera" and use video mode capture. From that window, you can check for dropped frames. There should be virtually no dropped frames -- if you have any, the guide camera may be dropping out.
