Just bought this new camera and noticed it gets really hot to the touch when trying to cool it down. It never could reach the desired temperature of about 20 degrees below ambient. It would run at 100% power and then start to get warmer.
Saw a post here titled "Problem with cooling fan" and I check the cable connection for the fan. It was securely connected. Unseated it and re-connected it. Still the fan never runs.
I can move the fan by hand, so its not stuck.
Is there anything else I can try?
