Continual Calibration when initiating Guide

Hi,
I'm trying to initiate a guide using my ASI290MM and ASIair. I pick my guide star and hit the guide button and it then calibrates continually. I haven't yet seen it resolve itself. Honestly, for the last couple of nights it's been flawless. I can't figure out what I could be doing wrong this time. Focus is good. I've adjusted gain settings. I even powered everything down and booted it back up again. No luck.

J_Edit61 What mount do you use? If it is an iOptron mount, do you use SkySafari to center your target? There is an issue (and a debate on whether the issue is in AAP or in SkySafari) with this and there are several workarounds:

After centering the object with SkySafari and before starting guide calibration, disconnect the mount in the AAP software (so not physically switch off the mount) and then reconnect.
Do not use SkySafari for centering the object. You can take an image in Preview mode and click on any part of the picture and then click Goto. AAP will then instruct the mount to go there and you can repeat this until you are happy with the framing.

I figured out my issue. Always happens after I've posted something.
Anyway, the issue is that I hadn't seen the calibrating process before but it takes a couple of minutes to go through the process. Once it's done that, you're good to go. My impatience got the best of me.
