My ASIAIR goto was working fine until I updated to the latest firmware. Now, after auto focus, polar alignment and parking, I haven't been able to successfully goto and center.
I select an object from "tonight's best" and push "goto" and the scope seems to align to the object, but when ASIAIR tries to center, the scope moves to a completely different location, almost across the meridian, tries to center again, fails, moves back to the original alignment, fails centering again, and continues this until centering fails for the last time.
This has been going on for several nights and on different objects. It's just not working. But what's stranger still is that plate solving works fine.
Anyone else experience the same goto failures?
