Thanks. I was able to get my 7ii connected to the AAP. AAP and related astro gear is new and I'm shaking down the configuration but I was able to control and get exposures from the 7ii. I did encounter the brutal WiFi range/performance issues everyone else has mentioned which complicated matters but the only possibly camera related issue I can into was the iOS application spontaneously abort while in the Focus screen. Not sure whether related to the fact that I don't have a EAF hooked up but still wouldn't expect it to abort like that. Had to reboot the AAP to stop the cycle.
