After a successful session a couple of nights ago imaging the Pelican Nebula I realized that I had forgotten to put the thumb drive into the AAP. So, with AAP running I went to the TF card and selected image management. I then moved three folders of data (lights, dark flats, and flats) to the flash drive which I had inserted. It said that the transfer was successful, but before removing the flash drive I checked it, through image management, to make sure all the data was there and it was. However, when I tried loading the data on my computer, I found that only the first 18 of 55 lights were there (all flats and dark flats were there). The biggest mistake I made was moving the data from the TF card to the flash drive without copying it first. Hence, the data is no longer on my TF card, but the thumb drive in image management still says it’s there on my thumb drive (but my computer still can’t find it). Any ideas where the missing data might be?
