ZWO EFW - not recognised by ASIAIR Pro

After a number of months of successful operation of ASIAir Pro with EFW (and EAF) .... when I switched on my rig tonight the EFW was not 'seen' in ASIAir Pro. Not possible to get it activated and working. I checked the cable - i.e. used another cable that was working with the EAF. No joy. Obviously I can't image if my EFW not working. Could it be an internal issue in the EFW?
Appreciate feedback from the technical team or others. Aidan

By the way ...only purchased the EFW (ZWO EFW 7 x 2") earlier this year ... around April ....

Please check device manager——HID device——Hardware Id——03c3(represents ZWO), if there is no 03c3 in HID device, that means EFW can't be recognized and need to be sent back for repair.

I purchased an EFW mini on 10/19/2020 from Agena. On June 23, 2021, the filter wheel was not recognized, I trouble shoot with Ying Tang and as instructed by him sent the EFW back for repair. I got the EFW Mini back on September 13, 2021. I tried for the first time during new moon and got the following error - "It is detected that the carousal is slipping or blocked. There is a possibility that the space between motor shaft/stalk and carousal might be too loose or too tight, or the O-ring is damaged, or the central fixing screw of the carousal is too tight."

I have received this message while using with ASIAir Pro on iPad and when connect the ASI Studio on my PC. When I try to recalibrate, the carousal turns but it does not index correctly, it stops between filters. I have tried this 3 times on ASIAir Pro Application on iPad and 4 times on ASIStudio on PC and get the same error.

I have already lost 4 months of imaging time with this defective product, and I purchased only 11 months ago. I have been trying to get resolution since October 4th and ZWO has not responded to date beyond saying they received my request, extremely disappointed with they lack of communication and that the product was not tested after the repair by the depot before it was returned to me.

I'm having the same issue with my 7 position 36mm EFW. I worked fine for 11 months (always with ASIAir Pro not with a laptop or PC), now it's not detected. I just started communication wit ZWO tech, almost two weeks ago, received a couple of emails, asked me to try and connect to a windows PC, did it, but it's also not being detected by a windows PC or a Mac. Still waiting on a response from ZWO.
