I have a problem with my ASIAIR Pro and also with my new ASIAIR Plus and my Ioptron CEM25EC since yesterday. Until now the connection worked fine.
At the first moment everything seems to work fine too. Then for some reason I suddenly can no longer control the mount from the IPad Pro. If I open the settings for the mount in the APP, a blank page is displayed there. The parameters etc. appear only after 10 seconds. However, the control of the mount still does not work after that. Once given control commands are not executed or heavily delayed. It seems to me that this problem also occurs with the Main Cam (2400MC Pro) and the Guiding Cam. However, these are operable again more quickly.
I have checked all cables. They are ok.
Does anyone know the problem?
