RMA no respond

Hi Support, today i got back the package from the courier. Reason for the return is there is no one to receive the package. I have followed the RMA process, paid for it and yet no one is receiving it. How is this acceptable ? This erode completely the confidence in ZWO product.

We are so sorry about this. We've looked into this and incredibly the post office didn't give us any kind of notification to any relevant staff in ZWO about this package. My colleague from RMA team will email you about details. Sorry again although we are also the victim here.
