Nikon D3400 has both a 'bulb' mode and a 'Time' mode. ASIAir Pro detects the Nikon D3400 fine but limits exposures to 30 seconds maximum because it fails to recognize the availability of a bulb mode. The D3400 does not have a port for a shutter release cabe, and yet ZWO sells a shutter release cable to connect the AsiAir Pro with the D3400. I realized this after ordering the cable, which is on it's way. Please enlighten me if I need to set this up a different way (using Manual mode with bulb in camera) and if I'm doing it correctly (it works great on my Nikon D800), it would be great if a software fix (any ZWO tech support able to chime in ?) was available soon such that I may use my astromodified Nikon D3400 with the ASIAir Pro.
