ASI6200 Keeps Hanging in The SkyX

I am using the latest ASI driver but the camera keeps hanging - it will get to the end of an exposure, and not download, or it will hang all together.
please advise

Hi Martin,
1.Please confirm the 12V power supply cable is connected first.
2.Please try with different cables and computers.
3.Please try in ASIStudio.
