Problem ASI174MM

Hello,
I have an ASI174MM camera that I am using without problem for about a year.
Now intermittently the camera freezes and does not display image, but suddenly it gives image again.
Is there a way to check if the problem is the camera?

I have changed the USB cable with no result

Hello,
If I connect the camera to the USB3 port of the PC, the SharCap software recognizes it.

In the lower area it tells me that it does not capture frames.

Can I consider the camera permanently damaged or is it possible to carry out a test?

Could you test it in ASIStudio-ASICAP on Windows PC? Please connect the camera directly to the PC, do not use any hub.

Please set short exposures such as 10ms in video mode or preview mode, check the fps, and take a screenshot of ASICAP software to show us the fps.
Please test it with different cables, ports, computers

Hello,

I have changed the USB cable that I connect directly to the USB3 port or the USB2 port obtaining the same result.

Sporadically the camera has worked but after a while it locks up again.

Please sumbit this issue on https://support.astronomy-imaging-camera.com/, if you test this on another computer and have the same result, sorry to tell you that your camera need repair.
