My new ASIAIR plus has a defective micro sd card reader. Cards will not stay seated. I complied with Zwo’s request for a video showing this more than a week ago, but can’t get a reply on repair or replacement. Anyone have any idea where I can get a replacement main board since the card reader appears impossible to repair or replace?

You're right! Sorry, I failed to notice that you were talking about a Plus.
I would take it back to where it was purchased, and get them to organize a replacement for you, ZWO, seems to be interested in taking peoples money and not caring about the customer when an issue arises
Bought direct from zwo, which finally responded. We shall see.
