EAF not working

I downloaded and installed the ASCOM driver (ZWO_ASCOM_Setup_V6.5.1.11). Yet none of the software installed (CPWI, N.I.N.A, APT, PHD2 & Sharpcap) can 'see' the EAF. This is the error I get in N.I.N.A. when trying to connect to the EAF;

This is a picture of my camera's & EAF;

The cable coming from the EAF is going to my ASI183MC Pro.

Why am I unable to do anything with the EAF?

I connect mine to a separate USB hub and not to a camera.
Try connecting it to a hub instead or directly to the laptop to see if that resolves the problem.
Never saw where one connected it to a camera. That could be the problem.

515bonner I just assumed it would be OK connected to my 183, but it must just pe to supply power to a device. I ordered a 20m USB repeater cable, which should be delivered tonight some time.
