You cannot change "Unity Gain." It is the property of the sensor and the analog gain.
Unity Gain is (normally) defined as the point where one photoelectron (e-) produces one unit of ADU ("digital number") at the sensor output.
ZWO camera documentation typically have a plot of the claimed gain (e-/ADU) of a camera. Look at where the 1.0 e-/ADU line crosses the curve. Then look at the analog gain that will produce this "unity gain," to apply the analog gain if you desire to read the number of photoelectrons directly from the ADU.
Applying larger analog gain will produce larger ADU per photoelectron.
