I posed that question about a week ago. "Preview" mode (which would be the best method) does not have sufficient exposure options. "Live Stack" would be a little difficult. You could wait until one stack is completed and see what that gives you. If that is good, you can save that. But if not, you would have to go back to the exposure panel and change the exposure. It would take a little extra time. The "Autorun" mode would be a little worse. You would have to set up an exposure, take it, and then go to the USB flash drive (or wherever you save the images) and bring up the exposure to see if that is good. If not, you have to go through the whole process again. "Video" mode would be difficult if not impossible as well. If you need the full resolution of your camera, you are out of luck and you can't save an individual image, only a video. I don't know if the ASI Studio (ASICAP) software (which would require a PC) has any better options.
