Resolution Issues when using ASIAir Plus

Recently purchased the ASIair Plus and noticed an issue with camera resolution when using with the ZWO 2600MC-P camera. The camera resolution is 6248x4176 and when 2x2 binning it is 3124x2088. This is eaxactly what I get when using astroImager (I am a MAC user). However, when I use the ASIAir plus, i get a resolution of 3120x2088, a loss of 4 pixel columns. Not a show stopper, but i do not what to redo every set of darks i have created. Can anyone explain why whenI use 2x2 binning I loss 4 pixel columns???

This is concerning. I was imaging with my canon 250D this past weekend which has a sensor size of 6012x4008 but a third of the images where taken as 6000x4000, DeepSkyStacker refused to stack them with the full res ones so I ended up having to discard them. I have an ASIAIR Pro not the Plus so it must be an issue with the software.

Not sure about the interface with DSLR... but my set-up is all ZWO equipment... I would hope it could talk to each other correctly. I also lost imaging session because could not stack images. I like the asiair setup and guess I will have to use it for everything (lights, darks, bias and flats ) to account for the missing columns. Good luck. I am going to reach out to ZWO and see what i can find out... Will post if get an answer that fixes the issue.

I have the same problem with the Canon 2000D, 1500D or T7 .... I change the resolution between Light (6000 x 4000) and Darks and Flat (6020 x 4016). .... any solution?
