Combination of very poor tracking, and hot pixels.
If you check the blue component carefully, you will see the same pattern too. Just harder to see in the JPEG file.
The dots are simply hot pixels that drift to different parts of the sky with each frame.
Make sure you take darks at the same gain/exposure/temperature as your image captures. The tracking problem will still be there (if you don't fix the other root cause, the center of your frame will still drift), but the darks should make the tracks invisible.
In addition to poor tracking, your stars are also not focused. But I suspect you already know the cause of that, and only asking about the noise tracks.
