I have spent thousands of dollars on ZWO products, there was an issue with one requiring it to be sent back to ZWO for an out of warranty repair. I have been tearing my hair out trying to communicate with ZWO support, I can understand people are busy. But to then not read my emails in full, admit to me that they don't have time to read emails completely & that "Just too many emails everyday, we can't read a mail word by word but just catch a point of it.". This results in answers to questions that were never asked while the questions that were asked are completely ignored. I have been fed stories & then ultimately have been completely ignored by an individual at ZWO support. Multiple emails just unanswered, until weeks later a colleague finally responded telling me that individual "can't provide service for you for some personal reason.", so they just ignored me. It takes over a week to get a response to an email, I have asked three times to be contacted by someone else in the company, once directly to that individual & subsequently twice I have completed customer satisfaction surveys in which I have specifically asked for someone to contact me. Still I wait. With the exception of telephoning the number on the website I have no other avenue of communication with this company. I overwhelmingly feel like all they want to do is take my money & really couldn't care any less about me to the point that I have literally been ignored.
Has anyone else been through anything even remotely like this?
