1600MCC ( OSC ) shows 0ºC

Hi all,
This morning I connected my 1600MCC and it showed 0ºC temperature without
cooling. When cooling nothing happens, it stays showing 0ºC, even when I connect
the camera to other pc's. ( Windows 10 )
Is this a HW failure, can the firmware be reflashed?? It worked great all night long running at -15ºC.
Any hints are highly apreciated!!
