Hello,
I am having trouble getting the ASIAIR Pro to read the hand controller. All firmware is updated. I get an error saying "The Device on the USB Port is not recognized, unable to connect" I know the controller is getting power to it. IF I turn of the AVX Mount, the controller stays on via the AAP.
Any help would be great. Thank you
