Hello!

I have some reports from users with fairly frequent 'Exposure Failed' errors (this is from an ASI 294C). The interesting thing is that all these error seems to occur at an exposure time of around 0.086817s. Is there anything interesting going on in the driver which could explain this? Is there a changeover somewhere for shorter exposure times that could explain these problems?
Thanks!

Mike

Hi Mike,
Could you test it in ASIStudio-ASICAP on Windows PC?
Please connect the camera directly to the PC, do not use any hub, and test it with different cables, ports, computers, and 12V power supplies.

Please set short exposures such as 10ms in video mode or preview mode, and check the fps, if fps continues to show 0 and the camera does not display an image, the camera needs to be sent back for repair, and take a screenshot of ASICAP software to show us the fps.

Thanks, this issue has been resolved with the latest version of the SDK.
