The issue is that ZWO Windows drivers are built for x86 systems and don’t currently support Windows 11 ARM running under Parallels on M1/M2 Macs. Although Parallels detects the camera, or the driver can’t load properly in the ARM environment. For now, the best options are to use ASIStudio natively on macOS, or run Sharpcap on a Windows PC with native x86 hardware until ZWO releases ARM-compatible drivers.

Hi there ZWOSupport - I know you are aware that there are many of us waiting for signed ARM drivers for this so we can use on Surface Pro (and other hw). Disabling Secure Boot, changing Test Signing enforcement and Bitlocker settings has failed for me in the past requiring rebuild(s) etc.

So a key question is - Will ZWO produce a signed ARM driver that can be installed in the same manner as its x86 counterpart? Or is there a technical reason why this cannot be done and the current distribution is the best it's going to be?

DavidS The signed ARM drivers are still under development and will be released in the future. Here is a tutorial; you can check if it helps to disable digital signatures.
