dickson the DEC of the star goes away indefinitely,
With most German mounts, the RA pulse polarity reverses sign after a Meridian flip. The sign of the Declination pulse polarity does not change. This is why the blue (RA) line in Calibration Data of the Guide window flips after a meridian flip (or if you manually change the Flip switch), but the red line does not flip.
There are mounts (rare, but they exist) that also requires a declination pulse reversal. It looks like your mount is one of these, since your declination axis is running away (positive feedback instead of negative feedback).
At one time, ASIAIR included (in Mount Settings > Meridian Flip Settings) a "also flip declination" switch, but I don't see it now. I think it confused the 1,2,3, simpletons.
Instead, it looks like ZWO has replaced it with a"Recalibrate Guiding after AMF." This won't help with your manual flips, of course. But you can try that to see if it works for yout "automatic" meridian flips.
There is the issue of valuable time wasted doing another useless calibration, when it could have just changed the sign of the declination pulse with a switch, like all other PHD2 derivatives.
