ASI2600MM failing to expose

Hi support, my ASi2600MM started giving some problems during imaging sessions, it randomly "hangs" and starts failing to expose. The imaging app I use reports this error: ASI: Camera reported unsuccessful exposure: ASI_EXP_FAILED
The camera becomes completely unresponsive and I have to disconnect/reconnect the camera or sometimes even restart the imaging PC.

Could you test it in ASIStudio-ASICAP on Windows PC?

Please connect the camera directly to the PC, do not use any hub, and keep the 12V power supply connecting.

Please set short exposures such as 10ms in video mode or preview mode, and check the fps, if fps show 0, please take a screenshot of ASICAP software.

Please test it with different cables, ports, computers, and different power supplies.
