I have a 178MM with a very wide angle Arecont 1.55mm FL lens. The lens puts a 180° image circle on the sensor and leaves the four corners black. Autoexposure doesn't work very well, the image keeps jumping from good exposure to overexposed.
I am not using an ROI right now. If I use an ROI will the autoexposure software in the camera just look at that ROI to make decisions about what exposure is best?
