I have an observatory setup, is it ok to leave the power supply connected to the camera when not in use (too many cloudy nights!) The camera power light stays on but the camera only seems to activate when the PC is switched on. Tony UK
I do have a similar question - just the other way around… I shut down the power with a remote switch, but want to know if it does any harm to the camera it the computer stays on where the camera is connected to (USB). See just a few topics above…
