• Preview screen issue

I have an issue after the recent update to the mobile app. When taking exposures using the Preview screen the images downloads to the tablet, then the little spinner spins, the histogram adjusts, but the image never shows on the screen. I have tried reinstalling the app on the tablet but it still doesn't work. The image also doesn't show in Autorun screen either. This is very frustrating. What is causing this? What can I do to fix this? It was all working fine before the last update.

    Jdt621 I have noticed what seems to be the same thing. In my case what happens is that the first image loads and as you say the spinner spins but that image never appears. However if I am taking several images like I would in Autorun or Plan those images that follow load and show as normal. This seems to be more an occasional issue and not an every time issue. Another issue that seems to be more an every time issue is that as I am doing a calibration for guiding, the actual imaging will start before the final calibration steps are completed resulting in that first image to be unusable. However maybe I have something incorrectly set up that may cause this issue.

      I've also seen the issue of preview images not being displayed, just the spinner going around. And as Byrdsfan describes, the next image in an autorun shows up.

      I don't get an image (displayed) in autorun either. The only place an image displays is in the focus screen (thankfully). This has happened on my last two outings. I should mention that i am using an AsiAir Pro in AP mode and android tablet.
