I bought this ASI camera at the end of last September (2021) I was very happy! Unfortunately, due to bad weather and work, I was almost never able to photograph until a few nights ago.

I cannot recover any files, it is not possible, even at the end of calibration, to remove the gradients it leaves on the photo.
I tried to do only the flat with each filter (which I attach if I can) and I also leave you a photo to understand what we are talking about.
I have all my ZWO equipment and I hope this serious company will take responsibility for a FAULTY product and replace it with a working camera for !
