WalterT The AAP connected fine to my WiFi before now it just keeps asking for the password over and over.
Walter, try to reboot the router to see if a router reboot will make it work. If you had earlier created a fixed IP address, remove the ASIAIR MAC address from that fixed IP address. And also reset the 2nd generation ASIAIR WiFi through that small RESET hole.
If memory serves, at one time ASIAIR was not able to connect to the router, if the router password had a space or punctuation in it. I don't know if that bug is back. Try changing the router's password temporarily so that it is a simple, short, all lower cased, no punctuation marks or numerals, etc, to see if it will allow ASIAIR to connect to it. ZWO does not do regression tests, so it is possible the old bug crept back in.
All your other devices (light bulbs, etc) will stop connecting with a password change, but it might help pin down the problem.
Also, many routers today support a guest SSID with its separate password, and you could connect ASIAIR to the guest SSID without disturbing existing WiFi devices -- your tablet will need to join the guest network, of course, to talk to the ASIAIR.
